My passion for baking runs deep—some of my earliest memories are of baking with my grandfather, who was an incredible baker himself. He taught me the art of patience, precision, and love that goes into every recipe.

After years of perfecting my skills, I pursued formal training at the Culinary Institute of America. There, I honed my craft and learned the finer details of the culinary world. My journey took me to work at bakeries in both New York and Ohio, where I gained invaluable experience that shaped my craft and deepened my passion for baking.

Now, I’m thrilled to bring my expertise and love for baking to my own business. Every product is made with the same passion and attention to detail I learned from my grandfather.
