Several years ago, Brittney was going through her grandparents’ keepsakes when she came across their wedding invitations, ceremony programs, and even a custom print block with their photo that they once used to hand-stamp their thank you cards. It was something she had never seen before, and holding those pieces in her hands felt incredibly special-like stepping into a moment filled with love and intention.

“It felt so incredibly special to hold something in my hands that they had once poured so much love and intention into,” she reflects. “Invitations aren’t meant to live on the fridge for just a few months…they become part of a family’s story.”

In that moment, Brittney was reminded exactly why she loves what she does. Invitations are more than just paper-they are a part of your story, heirlooms, tucked away and rediscovered years later, carrying with them the same emotion and meaning of a wedding day.

One of our favorite ways Brittney intentionally creates these designs is by getting to know couples and discovering “easter eggs” from a couple’s relationship to put into a design to make it their own. Think: your favorite board game, your first date spot, or favorite memory you share.

 She reflects on one of her favorite custom stationery she has made, she included “Scrabble letters for their favorite board game, a porch swing where they shared late-night conversations, a cross representing their faith, and several other meaningful details woven throughout the artwork. We carried that pattern into so many elements of their wedding day, and it’s still one of my favorite designs I’ve ever created! The thoughtfulness behind it all made it feel so incredibly special…the kind of invitation suite you never forget.”
