Sydney and Winter’s wedding day felt like stepping into a love letter. Soft pinks, rich reds, and deep romantic purples set the tone, creating a palette that felt like opening a Valentine’s card in the most personal way. Every detail was thoughtfully layered to create a celebration that truly captured the essence of their relationship.

Set against the intimate charm of The Elliot, the day unfolded in a way that felt warm, intentional, and effortlessly romantic. The venue’s iconic stained glass cast the most beautiful light, creating a dreamy, color-soaked backdrop that complemented their Valentine-inspired palette so naturally.

From the very beginning, Sydney and Winter approached their wedding with a mindset that grounded the entire day in meaning. As they shared:
“What matters most on the actual wedding day is that both of us will be there. Anything else can fall through or not go to plan and as long as we are both there, it will be an amazing day. So don’t stress the small details!”

That perspective was felt in every moment as nothing felt forced, only genuine joy. Such great advice for couples in the midst of planning!

One of the most unforgettable parts of the day was their first look. After months of keeping their dresses a surprise (no easy feat for two people who admit they can’t keep secrets from each other!), they finally reunited on a quiet balcony at The Elliot. Away from the excitement, they shared a private moment filled with anticipation, laughter, and pure happiness, soaking in the reality that the day they had been dreaming about was finally here.

We especially loved the vintage-inspired touches paired with a bold, romantic palette-like their personal-sized cake with purple piping and cherries on top (so playful and sweet!). The red and pink signage and table numbers were such a fun detail, and even the tablescapes featured real fruit in rich red hues, adding to the overall playful, romantic vibe. From matching shoes to lush florals in shades of red and pink, every element felt cohesive and full of personality.

Guests were treated to an always incredible dining experience by A Taste of Excellence, adding another thoughtful layer to the celebration. Every detail captured just how special and unique their day was overflowing with personality, joy, and love.
