Val and Ray’s wedding day at Orchid House Winery was the perfect blend of art & heart. Set against the winery’s gorgeous grounds, their outdoor ceremony felt both intimate and breathtaking, surrounded by nature and vineyards that created the dreamiest backdrop for saying “I do.”
The celebration continued under a beautifully designed tented reception, where every detail was intentional and inviting. Soft white lounge seating added a layer of comfort and elegance, while thoughtful touches like the favors from Cleveland’s beloved Malley’s Chocolates placed at each guest’s seat made the experience feel personal from the moment guests arrived.
Val and Ray’s bridal party brought a fun, playful spirit, complete with stylish sunglasses and candid moments that set the tone for the celebration ahead. The bridesmaids wore champagne-colored dresses that added a soft, romantic glow to the overall aesthetic.
The groomsmen had their moment preparing for the day as Ray served drinks with his personally engraved whiskey decanter-a detail that felt both personal and unforgettable to start the day with a toast.
A highlight for all was their iconic first dance moment complete with an outfit change that turned it into a full-on experience. It was stylish so unique to them!
Art and creativity were woven throughout the day in the most meaningful ways. A live artist captured their ceremony in real time, while during the reception a live fashion artist created custom watercolor portraits for guests-an interactive and heartfelt touch that gave everyone something special to take home. It was a celebration not just of love, but of artistry and experience.
As the night unfolded, guests enjoyed the energy of a live band, keeping the dance floor full. There were also quieter, meaningful moments woven throughout the day from a sweet exchange between the groom and his mom to the couple’s beloved dog dressed up alongside the groomsmen (because after all, a dog is a man’s best friend), every part of the day reflected what mattered most to them.
When asked about her favorite moment, Val shared:
