Take A Closer Look Inside
Ally & Brian’s Wedding took place at the unbelievably gorgeous Basil Place and was filled with fun details, family traditions, and so much personality. From the chic light blue color palette to the meaningful personal touches, their day captivated hearts for Cleveland + Northeast Ohio’s 2026 Wedding of The Year.
A Beautiful Setting & Timeless Design
With so many gorgeous spots throughout the grounds, Basil Place offered the perfect setting for photos they will cherish forever captured by the talented Justin Gamble Photography. Their outdoor ceremony overlooking the pond was beautiful, while the Carriage House gave Ally and her bridesmaids a charming space to get ready together.
The soft light blue design was a favorite for 2026 weddings, striking that perfect balance between fresh and classic. Family also played a special role in bringing the day to life, helping create details like the welcome sign and seating chart that made the celebration feel even more personal.
And, of course, their sweet pup had to be part of the day! From signage to photos, their furry family member was included in the sweetest ways.
One of the most special moments was Ally’s second look: a reimagined version of her mom’s wedding dress. It was a beautiful way to honor family history while making the look her own.
Guests enjoyed an outdoor cocktail hour featuring delicious drinks served from The Thirsty Filly’s iconic truck. Art by Lilly Isgro added another memorable experience, creating a custom live painting of Ally & Brian’s ceremony. Not only was it a unique experience for guests to watch unfold, but it also gave the couple a one-of-a-kind keepsake to display in their home.
A Taste of Excellence rounded out the celebration with top-notch appetizers and catering, giving guests plenty to love throughout the day.
One of the most personal touches was the homemade pizzelles served at the wedding. At her bridal shower, Ally’s mom gifted the couple a pizzelle iron customized with their new married name, “Schultz.” Every pizzelle served on the wedding day featured their new name, creating a meaningful connection between family history, cherished traditions, and the beginning of their marriage. It was such a thoughtful detail and a delicious way to celebrate their next chapter!
From the stunning setting at Basil Place to the special family traditions woven in, Ally & Brian’s wedding was the perfect reflection of what makes a Northeast Ohio wedding unforgettable: incredible local vendors, thoughtful touches, and a beautiful love story.
Congratulations to our Wedding of the Year couple!
