Week after week, our team receives and showcases breathtaking weddings from across Cleveland + Northeast Ohio, thanks to the gifted wedding vendors and incredible couples who share their celebrations with us. Each month, our editorial team selects one standout event—one that captivates us with its charm, creativity and undeniable beauty.

For November, we’re thrilled to feature a wedding that radiates warmth, romance and intentional design. Anna and Tibor’s celebration blends heartfelt tradition with modern elegance, creating an atmosphere that feels both intimate and unforgettable. With rich seasonal tones, personal touches woven throughout, and a love story at the center of it all, their day is truly one to wow.

Bursting with bold pinks and even bolder love, Anna and Tibor’s wedding beautifully wove Hungarian heritage into every moment. Their celebration was the perfect fusion of joyful color, heartfelt tradition, and personal storytelling. From a bilingual ceremony honoring both families to the music, dances, and customs that made the day feel like home, every detail paid tribute to where they come from and the people who shaped them.

One of the most memorable elements of the evening was the inclusion of cherished Hungarian wedding games—like menyasszonylopás, “the bride is for sale”—that had guests laughing, cheering, and fully immersed in the experience. Traditional folk music filled the air, setting the tone for a night that felt both rooted in history and exuberantly alive. Together, these touches transformed the celebration into the wedding of dreams.

During the planning process, Anna learned some invaluable lessons. “I learned the importance of starting early so we had plenty of time for research and relaxed decision-making,” she shared. “Just as important was realizing I couldn’t do it all. I had to let go of the urge to micromanage and trust reliable family members and friends with meaningful tasks.”

Her insight is such a wonderful reminder of how essential it is to surround yourself with supportive loved ones—and to build a vendor team you trust to bring your vision to life. Speaking of a stellar vendor team, Anna and Tibor were thrilled to celebrate their marriage at The Elliot, a venue that provides an in-house day-of coordinator who knows the space inside and out. Anna shared, “Our day-of coordinator made sure everything was going according to schedule and plan, which helped us not worry about the timeline and let us truly enjoy the moment.”

Beyond the heartfelt traditions, so many thoughtful details made Anna and Tibor’s celebration unforgettable. The food—impeccably crafted and beautifully displayed by A Taste of Excellence—delighted guests from start to finish. The vibrant palette carried throughout the day added even more personality, from the bride’s playful pop-of-pink heels to the bright pink florals that brought joyful energy to every corner. And the bridesmaids’ fun, exuberant mix of pink and floral dresses tied it all together, creating a lively, cohesive look that perfectly matched the couple’s colorful vision.

As the night went on, Anna slipped into one of the most meaningful elements of the entire celebration—a traditional Hungarian folk costume lovingly sewn by her mother. It was a moment that perfectly captured the heart of the day: a wedding rooted in heritage, family, and the joy of being surrounded by the people who matter most. When asked about their favorite moments, Anna and Tibor agreed that nothing topped dancing to their favorite songs with their favorite people. It was the kind of pure, unforgettable joy that turns a beautiful wedding into a memory that lasts a lifetime.
