Genevieve & Peter’s day was perfect from start to finish. The seemless blend of effortless style, pure joy, and unforgettable details that spoke to their personalities as individuals and as a couple.

The day was a blend of timeless and trendy painted in soft, romantic hues – blush, peach, buttercream, and baby blue all brought to life through lush, garden-inspired florals.

Beyond the emotion and celebration, the day was full of inspired design details bringing Genevieve’s vision and style to life. The seating chart was perfectly curated tying playful colors of the day together.

And then there were the elevated trendy touches  like the delicate pearls strung across the backs of chairs and a bold black-and-white cake featuring the words “’Til Death Do Us Part,” a cheeky yet chic nod to their forever. One of our favorite touches was the elaborate and beautifully curated cookie table, a sweet nod to the bride’s mother’s Italian heritage and a tradition that brought generations together in the most delicious way.

Genevieve put it best when she said, “If the location is beautiful, everything else will be made more beautiful and elevated by it” – and she was absolutely right; Basil Place provided the perfect backdrop that brought every detail of their day to life.

The wedding felt like a whimsical dreamscape as the couple enjoyed the cotton candy dessert as they headed off to take portraits and enjoy a moment under the cotton candy skies. Of course, the Swenson’s food truck was the perfect late-night snack for this Ohio celebration, serving up classic favorites that kept guests smiling and enjoying each other’s company well into the night.

The couple’s favorite part of the night was closing out the night singing their favorite song  “Cute Without the E” by Taking Back Sunday with their best friends and band (Tricky Dick). These are the memories that will replay over and over again.
