Sarah & Doug’s wedding took guests back in time to the jazz age-speakeasy style with casino games and cocktails flowing. Onesto event center was the perfect ambiance for this event complete with a live jazz quartet setting the tone. We love the personal touches that made their day so meaningful including the tradition of giving sweets to their guests as a favor and a custom tea ceremony with their parents & grandparents.
The wedding party dazzled in complementary shades of blue, creating a rich, coordinated palette that popped beautifully against the venue’s art deco architecture. Touches of vibrant red were woven throughout the décor—a meaningful nod to Sarah’s Chinese-American heritage, where red symbolizes luck, joy, and prosperity. The cake was a showstopping centerpiece, seamlessly blending glitz and tradition with its elegant gold accents and bold red hues. It was a night filled with timeless style, heartfelt tradition, and the undeniable feeling that these two are, without a doubt, lucky in love.
