Lauren & Daniel’s wedding was a breathtaking lakeside celebration that perfectly blended timeless elegance with effortless beauty. Set right on the water, their day unfolded with intention, style and so much heart, creating a truly unforgettable experience for both the couple and their guests.
The design was a dream with soft sage greens paired with crisp whites that created a fresh, clean palette. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, from the elegant linens and elevated signage to the chic bar setups complete with custom matchbooks. The florals were a true standout, adding texture and romance at every turn while perfectly complementing the lakeside backdrop.
Lauren shared that planning wasn’t without its challenges like many brides feel, “I learned that wedding planning can be extremely stressful-especially while raising a toddler and finishing nurse practitioner school!” she said. You go girl! That is a major feat on its own! “I also learned to definitely go with experienced vendors over inexperienced ones, even if the price is better.” That insight clearly paid off, as her vendor team executed the day flawlessly and such a great reminder to couples planning to focus on building a wonderful vendor team to help your day be extra special.
When asked about her favorite memories, Lauren said having her daughter be part of such a meaningful day made it all the more special. It was more than just a wedding; it was a celebration of their family and the love they’ve built together.
She also highlighted two standout vendors who helped bring her vision to life: her photographer, Kelly Roberts, and videographer, Ashley McComb. “They both were my most professional and helpful vendors,” she shared. The moments they captured are ones the couple will cherish forever.
One moment that truly stole the show? Lauren’s second look. The chic outfit change was modern, stylish and absolutely deserving of its own spotlight!
