There’s something undeniably magical about a summer wedding set amongst lush greenery, and Katy and Steve’s botanical garden celebration was exactly tha-romantic, intimate, and effortlessly refined. With perfect pops of botanical greens, soft blues, and hints of sunny yellow florals, their day felt like a garden party come to life! We love that their botanical garden wedding maintained the simple, classy aesthetic. The outdoor setting at the botanical gardens created a naturally stunning backdrop, making it the ideal venue for an intimate summer “I do.”
Thoughtful design details played a huge role in bringing their vision together, starting with the beautifully crafted signage and invitation suite by Nico Creative Designs. Every piece balanced simplicity and creativity, seamlessly tying in the soft shades of blue and sage green that were seen throughout the scenery. The seating chart was a true statement moment, featuring soft blue tones that felt both modern and romantic, perfectly complemented by matching table numbers that carried the design throughout the reception.
We especially loved the quiet, heartfelt moments captured of Katy and Steve surrounded by towering hedge bushes-romantic, organic, and completely timeless. Inside the reception space, blue napkins and lush floral centerpieces filled with blue and yellow blooms tied everything together as natural light poured in through floor-length windows. One of our favorite personal touches? Cocktail napkins featuring an illustration of their dog with the phrase “Cheers to my people.” It’s these meaningful, simple details that make guests feel like they’re truly part of the couple’s love story.
From the welcome sign to the seating chart to the wedding suite, Nico Creative Designs flawlessly translated Katy and Steve’s vision into cohesive design moments throughout the day. This botanical garden wedding is proof that when intentional design meets natural beauty, the result is a celebration that feels equal parts elevated and heartfelt-one that will have us dreaming of summer weddings and brighter days ahead!
